I am a wealth advisor based in the Bay Area. I work for Silicon Valley Wealth Advisors, with offices in San Jose, CA and Palo Alto, CA.
I started writing this blog because I felt that I had a voice to share – with clients, not yet clients, and DIY types. The vast majority of the financial planning topics discussed come directly from questions from, and discussions with, clients of the firm.
This blog primarily covers financial planning topics, but I also venture into general market commentary, personal technology topics, and basically whatever tickles my fancy. I am highly opinionated, and not afraid to occasionally reach out and touch on some third rail topics.
I believe in a few fundamental principles of personal finance and investing: live below your means, revisit your goals regularly, invest wisely and for the long term, re-balance and reevaluate your investments at regular intervals.
As an advisor, I strongly believe that my number one priority is to give honest and accurate advice that always serves the best interests of the client. I enjoy helping people plan and invest to achieve their financial goals.
If that is the kind of relationship you would like to have with a financial advisor, or if you know someone who needs this kind of relationship, I look forward to talking to you.
I hold the CFP® designation (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ ), and carry myself as a fiduciary in every client relationship that I have.
